Car Circle operates as a digital intermediary platform offering multiple sections: a used car and rental marketplace, an official new-car showroom directory, an auction listings section, and supporting tools including finance planning and AI-powered features. Car Circle connects Customers with licensed Vendors and official showrooms but is not a party to any transaction, rental agreement, purchase agreement, or any other contract entered into between a Customer and a Vendor or showroom.
Car Circle does not own, operate, manage, inspect, or insure any vehicle listed on the platform. We do not employ drivers, provide roadside assistance, or guarantee the condition, roadworthiness, safety, or legality of any vehicle.

When you submit an enquiry through Car Circle, you are connected with the relevant Vendor exclusively via WhatsApp redirect or in-app chat. Car Circle does not share, transmit, or disclose your phone number or any personal contact details to Vendors at any point. Car Circle does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations.
Car Circle requires all Vendors to hold a valid UAE Trade Licence as a condition of listing on the platform. Vendors are onboarded only after licence verification, and where a Vendor's verification status is unclear or lapsed, Car Circle prompts them to re-submit and verify their licence before their listings remain active.
However, Car Circle makes no guarantee that any Vendor is currently licensed, solvent, or otherwise compliant at the time of any individual transaction. Verification is a best-effort process and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any Vendor.
The finance planner and loan approval prediction tool available on Car Circle is intended for general informational purposes only. Any loan approval likelihood displayed is an estimate generated using publicly available data and general market indicators. It does not constitute a financial assessment, credit decision, or guarantee of any kind. Car Circle is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed financial advisor. Actual loan approval is determined solely by the relevant lender based on their own criteria. Users should seek independent financial advice before making any financing decisions.
Car Circle offers AI-powered features including AI Search, AI Verdict (car comparison), and AI Advisor (guidance for buying new or used cars). These features are provided as decision-support tools only. All outputs, suggestions, comparisons, and recommendations generated by these features are based on available data and algorithmic processing — they do not constitute professional financial, legal, or automotive advice. Car Circle makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any individual's specific circumstances. Users rely on these features at their own discretion and should conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase or financial decision.
All content on the Car Circle platform, including but not limited to design, code, text, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Car Circle. Vehicle photos and descriptions remain the responsibility of the Vendor who submitted them. Car Circle is not responsible for intellectual property infringements by Vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Car Circle, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
Car Circle's total aggregate liability to any party, if any, shall not exceed AED 500.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Car Circle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
