Car Circle operates exclusively as a digital marketplace and intermediary platform connecting customers with car rental companies and vehicle dealers ("Vendors") in the United Arab Emirates. Car Circle is not a party to any transaction, rental agreement, purchase agreement, or any other contract entered into between a Customer and a Vendor. Car Circle does not own, operate, manage, inspect, or insure any vehicle listed on the platform. We do not employ drivers, provide roadside assistance, or guarantee the condition, roadworthiness, safety, or legality of any vehicle.
By using Car Circle, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Car Circle bears no liability whatsoever for: • Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between Customers and Vendors • Vehicle accidents, damage, injury, or death arising from use of any listed vehicle • Fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct by any Vendor or Customer • Financial losses, theft, or property damage occurring during or after a rental or purchase • Failure by any Vendor to deliver a vehicle or honour a booking • Hidden defects, mechanical failures, or undisclosed conditions of any vehicle • Violations of UAE traffic laws, insurance requirements, or other legal obligations All responsibility for the above rests entirely with the Vendor and/or Customer involved.
Customers are solely responsible for: • Verifying the identity, legitimacy, and credentials of any Vendor before transacting • Conducting their own due diligence on any vehicle prior to rental or purchase • Ensuring they hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle and jurisdiction • Securing appropriate motor insurance coverage for any rental or purchase • Complying with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and traffic rules • All payments, deposits, and financial arrangements made directly with Vendors • Inspecting the vehicle condition, noting existing damage, and obtaining written confirmation before accepting a vehicle
Vendors using Car Circle represent, warrant, and are solely responsible for: • Holding a valid and current UAE Trade Licence for their business activity • Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, legally registered, and properly insured • Accurate and truthful listing descriptions, pricing, and vehicle specifications • Compliance with all UAE consumer protection, motor vehicle, and commercial laws • Honouring all commitments made to Customers through the platform • Any agreements, contracts, or guarantees made to Customers • Handling deposits, payments, and refunds fairly and lawfully
When you submit an enquiry through Car Circle, your name and optionally your phone number are shared with the relevant Vendor solely to facilitate your enquiry. Car Circle does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations.
Car Circle makes reasonable efforts to verify that listed Vendors hold valid UAE Trade Licences at the time of onboarding and periodically thereafter. However, Car Circle makes no guarantee that any Vendor is currently licensed, solvent, or otherwise compliant at the time of any individual transaction. Verification is a best-effort process and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any Vendor.
All content on the Car Circle platform, including but not limited to design, code, text, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Car Circle. Vehicle photos and descriptions remain the responsibility of the Vendor who submitted them. Car Circle is not responsible for intellectual property infringements by Vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Car Circle, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage. Car Circle' total aggregate liability to any party, if any, shall not exceed AED 500.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Car Circle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Car Circle is a marketplace only. Any rental, purchase, payment, or agreement you make is directly between you and the Vendor. Car Circle is not responsible for any outcome of such arrangements. Always exercise due diligence before committing to any transaction.
